Return and refund policy
This policy specifies the conditions under which you may return an item ordered from the &Co Concept Store (S.A.S. BRUNETTES) website and obtain a refund or exchange. It supplements our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order (or the last item in the case of a combined order) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.
2. How to return an item
To initiate a return, you can:
- use your customer account on the Site (self-service returns enabled);
- or write to us via email at contact@andco-shop.com, indicating your order number.
Returns are also possible directly in-store, at 147 boulevard de la République, 33510 Andernos-les-Bains, during opening hours.
3. Return conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
- unworn (beyond simple trying on) and unwashed;
- with its original tags attached;
- returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
You may be held liable for any depreciation of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.
4. Return shipping costs
Direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, in which case the return is covered by &Co.
5. Refund
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund is processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days, using the payment method used for the order. The refund covers the price of the item and, in the event of withdrawal, the initial standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method that you may have chosen). It may be deferred until receipt of the items or proof of their shipment.
6. In-store exchanges
Exchanges (size, color, different item) are possible directly in-store, in Andernos-les-Bains, subject to the return conditions above and available stock.
7. Exclusions
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain items cannot be subject to withdrawal: products made to measure or personalized, and sealed items that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons. Gift cards are neither refundable nor returnable.
