How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Then allow 2 to 4 business days in metropolitan France (1 to 2 business days with Express) and 3 to 7 business days in the European Union.
How much is delivery?
Metropolitan France: €8, free on orders of €200 or more; Express €11. European Union: €22.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Not at the moment: we deliver to metropolitan France and EU countries.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, free of charge, in Andernos-les-Bains. Your order is ready within 24 hours, we let you know by email and we keep it for 10 days.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery. Request a return from your customer account or by email, or bring the item back to the shop. It must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags attached. Return shipping is at your expense and refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes, directly in the shop. By post, return the item and place a new order in the right size.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide and fit advice. If in doubt, write to us: we know our pieces and reply quickly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and the other methods shown at checkout. Payment is fully secure.
How long is the gift card valid?
6 months, usable online and in the shop. It is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
How do I care for a waxed jacket?
Never machine wash it: brush it, then clean it with a sponge and cold water. Re-wax it (Thornproof Dressing) once or twice a year to keep its rain protection.
