2. Scope

These GTCS apply to all sales of products concluded via the &Co Concept Store e-shop, operated by S.A.S. BRUNETTES. They are intended exclusively for consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Code, residing in France or another European Union country. Any order implies prior, full, and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS, which the Customer declares having read and accepted before validating their order. The applicable GTCS are those in effect on the date of the order.

3. Products and Availability

The products offered are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation, subject to stock availability. Photographs and descriptions are prepared with care; slight differences (shade, screen rendering) may exist without engaging the seller's liability. In the event of unavailability after an order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded if applicable.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC), excluding any delivery costs, which are specified before the final validation of the order. The seller may modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Order and Validation

The Customer selects products, adds them to their cart, and follows the ordering process until payment. The sale is considered concluded upon confirmation of the order and receipt of payment. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the Customer. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any abnormal or bad-faith order, or in the event of a previous payment dispute.

6. Payment Methods

Payment is made online, in euros, via the payment methods offered at the checkout stage (at the time of order validation). Available methods may vary and are displayed during payment. Credit card transactions are processed by the site's secure payment solution; the seller does not have access to the Customer's full banking data and does not store it. The order is only validated after payment confirmation.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered in Metropolitan France and European Union countries to the address indicated by the Customer, or can be picked up for free in-store.

  • Home delivery / collection point: shipped via carrier with tracking; fees indicated before validation. Standard delivery in Metropolitan France is free for any order of €200 or more.
  • Free in-store pickup: at 147 boulevard de la République, 33510 Andernos-les-Bains, during opening hours. The Customer is informed by e-mail when their order is ready. The order is held for 10 days from the availability e-mail. After this period, and without news from the Customer despite a reminder, the order is cancelled and fully refunded using the same payment method.

Estimated delivery times: Order prepared within 24 to 48 business hours; delivery in Metropolitan France within 2 to 4 business days (Express: 1 to 2 business days) and in the European Union within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. In the event of a delay, the Customer may, under the conditions of Article L216-6 of the Consumer Code, terminate the contract after an unsuccessful formal notice. Risks are transferred to the Customer when they physically take possession of the products; it is recommended to check the condition of the package upon receipt.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product (or the last product) to withdraw, without reason or penalty. They must notify their decision by an unambiguous statement, by e-mail to contact@andco-shop.com or by mail, using or not using the form below.

Return: the Customer must return the products no later than 14 days after their decision to S.A.S. BRUNETTES, &Co Concept Store, 147 boulevard de la République, 33510 Andernos-les-Bains, in their original condition, complete, unworn (beyond trying on), with tags attached. Direct return costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated.

Refund: the seller will refund all sums paid, including initial standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the Customer), no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method. The refund may be deferred until the products are recovered or proof of their shipment is provided. The Customer's liability may be engaged in the event of depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
