Terms of Use

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "GTCU") define the terms of access and use of the &Co Concept Store e-shop site, published by the company S.A.S. BRUNETTES (hereinafter the "Publisher").

1. Purpose

These GTCU define the conditions under which any visitor or user (hereinafter the "User") may access the site and use its features. They are distinct from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern the purchase of products.

3. Acceptance of the GTCU

Access to and use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCU. Any User who does not accept them is requested not to use the site. The Publisher may modify the GTCU at any time; the applicable GTCU are those in force at the time of browsing.

4. Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access; access costs remain at their expense. The Publisher strives to ensure the accessibility of the site but cannot be held liable for any unavailability, particularly due to maintenance, updates, force majeure, or the actions of the hosting provider or a third party.

5. Customer Account

The creation of an account may be offered to facilitate orders and tracking. The User must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, and inform the Publisher without delay of any unauthorized use. The Publisher may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of the GTCU.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (the &Co Concept Store brand and trade name, logos, text, descriptions, visuals, photographs, site structure, and layout) are protected and remain the exclusive property of S.A.S. BRUNETTES or its partners. Any total or partial reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Liability and Availability

The Publisher makes every effort to provide reliable and up-to-date information, without, however, guaranteeing its accuracy, completeness, or currency; the User uses such information at their own risk. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from access to the site, its use, or the inability to access it.

8. External Links

The site may contain links to third-party sites, over which the Publisher has no control and disclaims any responsibility regarding their content or practices.

9. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the "Informatique et Libertés" Act. 10. Governing Law

These GTCU are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought as a priority; failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
